Input Bay Delay Reason
The Store Manager Dashboard can input a delay reason for a vehicle on the Store Manager Dashboard, by using two different methods: on the bay card during a service or on the Gantt chart after a service is complete.
On Bay Card During a Service:
- Navigate to the Service Area Dashboard Overview Page.
- Click “Add Delay Reason” on the bay card.
- Select the delay reason from the dropdown menu.
- Click “Next” and confirm adding the delay reason.
On Gantt Chart for a Completed Vehicle:
- Navigate to the Service Area Dashboard Overview Page.
- Hover over the event on the Gantt chart and click “Add Delay Reason.”
- Select the delay reason from the dropdown menu.
- Click “Next” and confirm adding the delay reason.
