Accessing the Store Manager Dashboard

To access the Service Area Dashboard, you must have the Store Admin role. Once logged in with this role, you will be automatically directed to the Store Manager Dashboard Overview for the store you have access to.






Setting the Store Manager Dashboard in Fullscreen

The Store Manager Dashboard can be viewed in full-screen mode, which is ideal for displaying it on the manager’s monitor in the service area.

To set the Store Manager Dashboard to full-screen view:

  1. Navigate to the Service Area Dashboard Overview Page.
  2. Click the full-screen icon located in the top right corner of the dashboard, next to the Last Updated Timestamp (indicated as icon A in the screenshot below).
