Accessing the Service Area Dashboard

Users with the Store Viewer role will be directed to the Service Area Dashboard Overview upon logging in. This dashboard provides a real-time view of service activities at the store.


Setting the Service Area Dashboard in Fullscreen

To display the dashboard in fullscreen (ideal for monitors in the service area):

  1. Navigate to the Service Area Dashboard Overview.

  2. Click the fullscreen icon located in the top right corner next to the Last Updated timestamp.
